• We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, however in the rare event of us not having your chosen product, we will call or e-mail you and offer either a refund or a later delivery date.

Delivery

• We aim to process orders and dispatch on the same day, however during busy periods like Christmas we may dispatch the following day.
• Orders will be dispatched free via ‘Evri – Signed For’ unless the ‘next day’ option is selected.
• Your order must be received by us by not later than 10:30am for ‘next day’ delivery.
• Couriers can be unpredictable. We will send your item for ‘next day’ delivery if selected but cannot guarantee the courier will actually deliver next day.
• If the ‘next day’ option is selected and paid for then you will receive it the following day (except Sundays). We are not able to offer the ‘next day’ option on orders purchased on a Saturday due to couriers not operating on Sundays. Should you place a ‘next day’ order on a Saturday then your order will arrive with you on Monday.
